To respond to inquiries and prepare quotations, to process and support orders, to improve our website, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your information; it is shared only with the logistics and payment partners needed to fulfil your order, or where required by law.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing info@aircompressormall.com. As we are based in China, your data is processed in China.

Terms & Conditions

By using this website or requesting a quotation, you agree to these terms. AirCompressorMall is operated by Chengdu Aisipu Trading Co., Ltd., an authorized Atlas Copco distributor based in Chengdu, China.

Products & genuineness

We supply genuine, original Atlas Copco compressors and spare parts. Photographs and descriptions are provided in good faith; some images may be illustrative. Because a single part can suit several machines, please confirm fitment (send us your model or serial number) before ordering.

Quotations & orders

• We operate on a request-for-quote basis — public prices are not shown; we quote by buyer type and quantity.
• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are subject to stock availability at the time of order.
• An order is confirmed only when we accept it in writing and (where applicable) receive agreed payment.

Pricing, IP & liability

Prices are quoted per order in USD (or another agreed currency) under the agreed Incoterms (EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP / FCA); payment by T/T or L/C. "Atlas Copco" and related model names are trademarks of Atlas Copco AB, referenced as an authorized distributor. Our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Shipping & Delivery

We export worldwide from China and handle the documentation to get your parts to your port or door.

Trade terms & lead times

• Supplied on EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP and FCA terms — agreed per order.
• In-stock parts are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days of order confirmation.
• Special-order parts & machines — lead time varies by item and is confirmed on your quotation.

Methods & customs

By sea, air or express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS), chosen by weight, value and urgency; packed to export standard, with tracking after dispatch. Unless on DDP terms, import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns & Warranty

Genuine guarantee & warranty

Every part we sell is a genuine, original Atlas Copco component; if a part is ever found not to be genuine, we will replace it or refund you in full. Parts are warranted against manufacturing defects for one year from delivery, when installed and used correctly.

Returns

• Wrong part sent due to our error, or defective / transit-damaged goods — please report within 7 days of receipt with photos.
• We cannot accept back correctly-supplied special-order parts, installed or used parts, or opened lubricants and oils.

How to claim

Email info@aircompressormall.com with your order number, the part number, and photos or a description of the issue. We will confirm, issue a return authorization where needed, and resolve it by replacement or refund.
